For one afternoon Villa Lauriston, a beautiful mansion built during the 1920s in the style of a Florentine country castle, will open the doors to the public for SALON CLASSIQUE. The building is located in its own park, away from any public space and surrounded by old Redwood trees. Our guests will have the rare opportunity to enjoy some beautiful views before the concert and wander around in the gardens, down into the valley and over to the vineyard. Leading Bay Area musicians will perform masterworks for piano quintet by Shostakovitch and Schumann in the big marble ballroom. A light buffet dinner will be served after the performance, with red and white wine made on the property.

Start time of the event: 4:00pm. Music at 4:30pm.
Please allow enough time to check in. The park gate opens at 3pm from where it is a 2.3 mile drive to the house. Registered guests are encouraged to come early in order to enjoy the property and its beautiful nature and breathtaking dramatic setting. We advise the ladies to bring a pair of extra shoes.
